Privacy Policy & Coaching Agreement

COMMITMENT

Coaching is a powerful, collaborative relationship that supports personal, emotional, and spiritual growth. It is a guided space for deeper awareness, embodiment, clarity, and conscious action.

The coaching relationship is **not therapy, counselling, or advice**. It is for women who are emotionally ready to explore change, meet themselves more fully, and step into greater alignment with their truth.

By entering into this coaching container, both Coach and Client acknowledge a shared commitment to the process. Each individual’s growth unfolds uniquely, and the results are co-created through consistency, openness, and presence.

For private 1:1 mentorship, both parties agree to a minimum commitment of **7 months**, allowing the relationship time to deepen and integrate.

COACHING SESSIONS & COMMUNICATION

All coaching sessions are held online via Zoom unless otherwise arranged.

* The Client agrees to arrive on time using the provided Zoom link.
* Sessions start and end promptly. If the Client is more than 10 minutes late, the session will be considered cancelled, and the time forfeited.
* Sessions may be rescheduled with at least **24 hours’ notice**. Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours are subject to forfeiture.

Between sessions, the Client will have access to the Coach via **Marco Polo (voice & video messaging)**. This space is available for support, integration, and check-ins as agreed upon in your package.

CONFIDENTIALITY

All communication between Coach and Client is held in the highest confidentiality.

Your personal experiences, insights, and shares will **never be disclosed** without your explicit permission, unless legally required. This is a sacred space built on trust, safety, and integrity.


COACHING FEES & PAYMENT

* Payment must be completed in full prior to the final session.
* Custom **payment plans are available** upon request and must be agreed to in writing.
* All payments are non-refundable once the coaching container has begun.


REFLECTION

By proceeding with coaching services, the Client acknowledges their full understanding and agreement with this policy. This container is an invitation to deeper embodiment, transformation, and self-leadership—and will be held with deep care, presence, and respect.
